These terms govern your purchase from kymakers.shop. By placing an order you agree to them. They are written in plain language on purpose.
The site is operated by MAKERS UNITY LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: Support@kymakers.com.
What we sell
We sell genuine Microsoft licence keys. A key is a code that activates software you download from Microsoft. We do not sell the software itself, we do not host it, and we are not Microsoft or an agent of Microsoft. Microsoft, Windows, Office and the other product names on this site are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation, used here to describe the products a key activates.
Every product page states which edition and which version the key covers. Read it before you buy. A Windows 11 Professional key will not activate Windows 11 Home, and a key for one version will not activate another.
Placing an order
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send you your key, not when you click the button. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or is described incorrectly, we may decline the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will tell you if that happens.
We may decline or cancel any order where we reasonably suspect fraud, or where the same customer is placing volume orders that look like resale rather than use.
Delivery
Keys are delivered by email to the address you give at checkout. Delivery is usually immediate and automatic. Some orders are held briefly for a fraud check, which can add a short delay.
Check your spam folder before contacting us about a missing key. If you have checked and it is still not there after an hour, write to us and we will resend it.
Because you give us the email address, an incorrect address is not something we can detect. If you mistype it, contact us and we will resend to the correct one once we have verified the order is yours.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking that a product is compatible with your machine before you activate the key. You are responsible for keeping your key secure once you have it. A key is like cash: whoever has the code can use it, and we cannot recover one that has been shared or leaked.
You must not resell keys bought from us, publish them, or use them in a way that breaches Microsoft’s own licence terms. Your use of the software is governed by Microsoft’s licence agreement, which you accept when you install it, not by these terms.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown on the product pages and are the prices you pay at checkout. Taxes, where they apply, are shown before you confirm.
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Accounts
You can buy without an account. If you create one, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your account until you tell us.
Reviews and content you submit
If you post a review, you confirm you actually bought the product and that the review is your honest opinion. We do not remove reviews for being negative. We do remove reviews that are abusive, that contain someone’s personal information, that advertise something, or that are demonstrably not from a real customer.
By posting a review you give us permission to display it on the site.
Our content
The text, guides, images and layout on this site belong to us. You may read them, print them for your own use, and link to them. You may not republish them as your own.
Availability
We try to keep the site up, but we do not guarantee it will be available without interruption. We may take it down for maintenance.
Limits on our liability
If we are at fault, we will put it right. What we will not accept liability for is indirect loss: lost profits, lost data, lost time, or the cost of somebody else’s work, arising from the use or non-use of a product bought here. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming and the federal law of the United States, and disputes are subject to the courts of the State of Wyoming.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The date at the top tells you when this version took effect.
