Everything on this site is a digital Microsoft licence key. Nothing is posted, nothing is boxed, and there is no courier involved. This page explains how delivery actually works so that there are no surprises.
Nothing is physically shipped
You are buying a licence key: a code that activates software you download from Microsoft. There is no disc, no USB stick and no packaging. That means there is no shipping address to enter, no tracking number to follow, and no delivery to wait in for.
It also means we never charge a shipping fee, a handling fee or a delivery surcharge, anywhere in the world, on any order. The price you see is the price you pay.
How your order is delivered
Your key is sent to the email address you enter at checkout. The email contains your product key and full instructions covering where to download the software from Microsoft, how to install it, and how to activate it.
Delivery is automatic and usually immediate. Most orders arrive within minutes. A small number are held briefly for a fraud check, which can push that out to a couple of hours.
Delivery times
Immediate for most orders, and up to two hours for an order held for review. Because delivery is by email and not by post, it does not matter where in the world you are, and weekends and public holidays make no difference.
If your key has not arrived
Check your spam or junk folder first. Automated emails carrying a licence key are the kind of message filters are most suspicious of, and that is where the overwhelming majority of missing keys turn up.
If it is still not there after an hour, email Support@kymakers.com with your order number and we will resend it straight away. If you mistyped your email address at checkout, tell us the correct one and we will send it there once we have confirmed the order is yours.
Do not wait days before contacting us. We would rather hear from you after an hour than after a week.
Wrong email address
We deliver to the address you give us, and an address that is valid but belongs to somebody else is not something our system can detect. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. We can resend, and we can also ask our supplier to check whether the key has been redeemed.
International orders
We deliver worldwide, at no extra cost, because there is nothing to transport. There are no customs charges, no import duty and no border delays on a digital key.
Check the product page before you buy to confirm which regions and languages a particular licence covers, as this varies between editions.
Returns
Since nothing is posted to you, nothing needs to be posted back. Refunds and replacements are covered in full by our Refund Policy, which gives you a one hundred and eighty day money back guarantee on any key you have not redeemed and a lifetime replacement warranty on every key you buy.
