2. What we sell

We sell digital software licenses (product keys) for Microsoft software. Product pages state what each license covers: the product and version, the number of devices, the platform, and the license type. Software itself is downloaded from official Microsoft sources; the license key we deliver activates it.

3. Delivery

Licenses are delivered by email, normally within minutes of successful payment, per our Delivery Policy. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address at checkout.

4. License use

Licenses are for the stated number of devices and are subject to Microsoft’s applicable license terms. You may not resell keys purchased from us without our written consent, and keys may not be used for unlawful purposes.

5. Guarantee and refunds

Every order carries our money-back guarantee as described in the Refund Policy: if a key cannot be activated and our support cannot resolve it, you receive a full refund. This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
